To be eligible for our services all users must be at least 18 years old and have a valid mailing address. Users must provide a valid contact name and e-mail address.

THE USE OF THIS SITE IS GOVERNED BY THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW IN THIS USER AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOU’RE USE OF THIS SITE AND YOUR PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

COSMETIC CONDITION:

Your receipt of an order confirmation signifies that Cellitused.com, Inc. will only pay full value if the cell phones) sent are in the condition outlined below. By shipping your cell phones to Cellitused.com, Inc. you confirm your acceptance of our price and terms. Under no circumstances will cell phones be returned.

All cell phones must be in good working condition. Cell phones will power-up, make a test call (611), include a working battery, and be free of any personal security /privacy lock codes. Cell phones will not be crushed, have water damaged, have missing or non-functional buttons, have broken or cracked LCD screens, will not have missing antenna, display lights must turn on, speaker and microphone must work properly, and if there is a camera it must work properly. Cases should be complete and unbroken. All cell phones must have a valid and verifiable ESN (Electronic Serial Number) or IMEI number. The sticker under the battery, which displays this number, must be clearly visible. When finding cell phone model numbers on Cellitused.com, you must use the actual model number written inside the phone (usually behind the battery). Do not judge model by picture alone as many models are nearly identical. Incorrect models will be paid the corrected model amount due.

Cell phones should not have active service or an unpaid balance. It is the user’s responsibility to discontinue the service with their provider before shipping the cell phone. Any and all charges incurred if such service is not cancelled will be the responsibility of the user. Sprint PCS customers and Virgin Mobile customers must have free and clear equipment before they are sent to Cellitused.com, Inc. We are not responsible for previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued prior, during, or after any transaction. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to resolve payment issues. If we receive a cell phone that is reported stolen it will be reported to the proper authorities.

Any cell phones sent in other than those listed on the initial transaction will not be returned and will become the property of Cellitused.com, Inc. Please verify the accuracy of your transaction before submitting for approval.

All cell phones must include a working battery. Make sure the cell phone is fully charged before it is sent. Accessories, such as chargers, Bluetooth headsets, and cases are accepted; please include them if not in use.

Phone must be in good cosmetic condition. If phone has a lot of scratches we will decrease your payout on the phone as stated in the terms and conditions.

If cell phone requires a memory card, memory card must be present to receive payment.

Cellitused.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipment. Cellitused.com is not responsible for damaged cell phones during shipment. It is the seller's responsibility to make sure cell phones are safely and securely packaged before shipment.

Any and all personal information stored in the device should be erased. It is the responsibility of the user to erase this information. We will inspect the device upon arrival to assure this has or has not been done. Any information in device will be erased, if possible. We are not responsible for any third party using such information if not erased.

Cell phones not meeting purchase criteria will become the property of Cellitused.com and be properly recycled. Please make sure your order is correct before shipment.

PAYMENT:

Payment will be made for phones that meet our equipment requirements, as listed above, within 30 days of when Cellitused.com, Inc. received your phones. If one of the handsets do not meet the requirements above or is not the correct model number then the length of time for payment may be more than 30 days, sent accordingly. If equipment requirements are not met then the cell phones will become property of Cellitused.com, Inc. and will not be returned. If the phone does not meet the terms and agreements, Cellitused.com will adjust the price accordingly and include a price adjustment explanation with the check, if applicable. If for any reason due to circumstances we can not control we may delay payments and have the right to so.

PRICING:

Pricing posted on this site is subject to change without notice. Price for cell phones will be honored for 30 days from the date the seller placed the initial order.

TERMINATION:

We may issue warning or temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your order or any of your orders if (i) you breach this Agreement, (ii) you provide us with false information or we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, (iii) you infringe the intellectual property rights of others or (iv) you engage in any act of collusion or price manipulation. Your property will be seized and recycled by Cellitused.com, Inc.

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time.
