Is there a limit on how many phones I can send you?

• You can send as many phones as you like. However you can only make an order for 13 different types of phones at one time. If you have more than 13 different types of phones, please place 2 or more orders.

What should I do with my accessories?

• Cellitused.com does not require you to send your accessories however if you have them, please send them with your phone.

How do I get Paid?

• You will receive a check made out to the name of the person who originally completed the order form within 30 days of Cellitused.com receiving your phone. During this time your phone will be tested to make sure it passes the terms and conditions.

What if I can't find my phone on cellitused.com?

• Cellitused.com would greatly appreciate any donations you will like to send to us. The phones will be properly recycled or possibly reused if in working order.

• We are currently only accepting orders made within the United States. Cellitused.com is a rapidly growing company and hope to soon provide our services globally.
